The staff is really friendly and attentive. I had a hard time adjusting the ac and the front desk sent someone to help me right away. Check-in and checkout was seamless.

Staff here are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Hotel is dated and not very well kept. I booked a deluxe/larger room but was given a basic/smaller room. The discrepancy was raised to the staff and I was changed to a different room. The room still does not look like the photos on Expedia, so be aware... As other reviewers have pointed out, the hotel in a part of a jointed hotel that's a few doors down, and you you get to this hotel building through a backside walkway - kind of strange. However, the hotel in a great location, just 2 blocks away from Formosa Blvd Station which is where both of of the MRT lines intersect in a very centralized location. The Liuhe Night Market is 1 block away from the hotel, with ample of eateries and convenience stores just seconds away from the hotel. Breakfast is Asian/Taiwanese centric and had a decent variety. Dishes are freshly cooked and made of good quality ingredients - lots of veggies which suited me well on a healthy diet. Overall, this is a decent hotel for a weekend trip or if you prioritize sightseeing.

Could be maintained better. Marble all had white water marks. Hotel is not cheap. For this price in Asia, there are far better maintained 5 star hotels

Very welcoming hotel. Breakfast was excellent.
